43 Year Old Male Patient From Pune With Cellulitis

Observation: 43 year old male patient from Pune with cellulitis resulted in infected wound at the dorsal part of neck. The wound was present over medical aspect of right leg above ankle joint since last 10 days. After 1 month’s application of Oxum spray the granulation tissue formation & tissue epithelization was observed.

Management: The ulcerated part was cleaned with Oxum spray. For anti-biofilm effect the wound was debride with Oxum spray. Color change in wound was observed from yellow to dark pink. Reduction in wound size was observed.

Inference: In management of infected ulcers, Oxum spray triggers wound healing & promotes tissue regeneration in 5 days.

A 39-year-old Male Patient Presented With Burn Wound Due To Bike Silencer

Observation: It was observed that the patient was diabetic & so he was on anti-diabetic medications.

Management: For the management of unhealed wound the patient was advised, super-oxidized solution to be applied thoroughly on the wounded surface twice a day until the wound heals.

Inference: Super-oxidized solution was fast & effective in wound healing in diabetic patient within 1 month.

57 Year Old Diabetic Patient From Mumbai With Non-healing Wound

Observation: 57 year old diabetic patient from Mumbai with non-healing wound at the right ventral foot. Ulcer measuring 3.3cm x 5.9 cm, with biofilm formation.

Management: The wound was disinfected & cleaned with Oxum spray. For anti-biofilm effect the wound was debride with Oxum spray. The triple layer of absorbent gauze was soaked with Oxum spray & dressed the wound. Super oxidized solution in managing diabetic foot ulcer is considered as an ideal wound cleaning & debriding agent. Super-oxidized solution is a safe & efficient wound care product that moistens, lubricates, debrides & reduces microbial load in DFU.

Inference: Super-oxidized solution accelerated wound healing & faster recovery through reduction in ulcer area in diabetic foot ulcer patient within 5 days.
